Right of return/replacement
In the event of a real defect or lack of an agreed feature, the buyer is alternatively entitled without charge to:
a) repair of the product or
b) replacement or
c) proportional reduction of the price based on the defect or
d) withdrawal from the sale.
The consumer has the right to demand the correction or replacement of the product free of charge provided that:
- The order was executed incorrectly, meaning a different item from the order, wrong quantity, defective product, or damaged packaging was delivered.
- The consumer contacts the store within 48 hours of receiving the product by phone or email at info@nefelikatikati.gr, in order to point out the problem and have the return approved.
- In the case of a product that does not correspond to the order, it must not have been used and must be inside its packaging in the exact condition it was received.
In any case, the product must be returned with all original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, warranty, instructions for use) and in its original packaging.
Returns are made via the courier company indicated by the store and at the store's expense.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from the day of receiving the product to return it, in case they simply changed their mind. The return is made with the item in its original condition, without the customer incurring any cost, except for the return shipping costs. In case the right of withdrawal is exercised by the consumer, the supplier is obliged to refund the amounts paid by the consumer within 14 days.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer is possible provided that:
- It concerns a product for which NO personalized order has been placed, such as wedding rings, custom alterations, or a product not found in our catalog.
- The product has not been worn or used beyond a simple fitting, links have not been removed from watch bracelets, and no modifications have been made to the jewelry.
- The tags of the "nefelikatikati.gr" store and the product labels have not been removed or destroyed in any way.
- All accompanying documents of the product are returned, such as the warranty, instructions for use, and proof of purchase.
- The product is sent back in the packaging in which it was received, and an email is sent to info@nefelikatikati.gr indicating the return and the order reference number.
The store "nefelikatikati.gr" bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to the product during the return transport. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the store "nefelikatikati" has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally proceed with a partial offset of this claim against the customer's refund.
Order Cancellation Policy
You have the option to cancel your order free of charge, prior to the dispatch of the product. To proceed with a cancellation, please contact us immediately by phone at +30 2621021882 or via email at info@nefelikatikati.gr, mentioning your order number. Provided that the order has not yet been handed over to the courier company, the cancellation is accepted without any charge to you.
